The Seville Boulevard Families are a gang that appears in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas without a distinctive appearance and in the various versions of the Big Gangster Mod. They are one of the heaviest featured gangs/sets in the mods history. In the original Edition, the Seville Boulevard Families share the same ID as the Varrios Los Aztecas and have 11 members. Maybe these are what you can consider as "neutral" colors. But under normal circumstances, the other colors that you can sometimes encounter are something like a grayish shade and a yellow green one. These other colors are not really neutral in a sense that they're either partially occupied territories if you fail to defend a green colored area

Now if you want the colors that I used for the gangs replace ExGangWars.ini with the one included 5. Now rename the "Put in modloader" to something like Gang Overhaul, then drag the folder into the modloader folder
