Maybe these are what you can consider as "neutral" colors. But under normal circumstances, the other colors that you can sometimes encounter are something like a grayish shade and a yellow green one. These other colors are not really neutral in a sense that they're either partially occupied territories if you fail to defend a green colored area

Now if you want the colors that I used for the gangs replace ExGangWars.ini with the one included 5. Now rename the "Put in modloader" to something like Gang Overhaul, then drag the folder into the modloader folder
